Scam. But Fiverr still refunds this scammer

I’ve open a ticket regarding this.

Apparently Fiverr directly cancelled the order without any mutual agreement prior with the customer.

I’m not sure if Fiverr done this by mistake. But I’ve spent more than 15 hours straight to get this order right. I was still correcting the order from fthe buyer’s request and suddenly - ‘The order was cancelled by Fiverr Customer Support.
The order funds have been returned to the buyer.’

And I can’t even contact the customer anymore. He got free stuff + got refund, while I got nothing for a 15 hour job.

I hope Fiverr can re-open the order. Since I’ve followed every steps that the customer require. I’m not sure if the customer is a professional scammer on Fiverr, but just be careful guys.
