Notifications on Adroid 7.0

I have changed my phone to android nougat 7.0 from mashmallow 6.0 and apparently the Fiverr app is showing notifications on the 6.0 device but not on the 7.0. even push notifications do not seem to be working

there is notification setting
turn on allow for fiverr
