Gig got copyright denied after uploading our own video!

Hello,

One of our Fiverr gigs got denied for copyright claiming; “Not an original image or design”, when in fact it was our original video.

We did a project for a client back in 2012 with the purpose of “anti-Photoshop disclaims” for magazines and online reports and did a reverse auction to the highest bidder. We held all commercial property to this day and have a fair use propitiatory on this video.

I can see why the Fiverr algorithm may have been confused thinking it was not our original content, but the fact is it was.

Please fix this.

You’ll have to submit a ticket to Customer Support, explain what happened, and send them the proof that the video is really your property.
