Anyone can tell me why my gig was declined?

My gig was described as follows: “I’m looking for someone to build a bitcoin faucet with a dice roll, roulette and lottery system integrated on it. I want it to be responsive.”

I have read terms and conditions and I haven’t found the reason why it was cancelled…
