My Account has been Restricted

I tried connecting my withdrawal method on Fiverr today. I clicked on “Fiverr Revenue Card”. It took longer than expected to get the verification code, I tried again about 3 more times. When I received the code, I used it. It displayed Account has been restricted
I have contacted Customer Support
I also need help from the forum

I didn’t break any rule. I wanted to connect my withdrawal method, the message didn’t come through on time.

Unfortunately we’re just buyers and sellers here, and issues related to account disabling or other technical matters are out of our hands.

You’ll have to patiently wait for CS to get back to you as they’re the only ones who can help you on this matter 😉
