Haven't got level one seller badge?

I am new seller. Completed 12 orders in 23 days but haven’t got level one seller badge. What’s the issue here?

Hi, Following things required to get level one

1. 30 days active on Fiverr
2. Completed at least 10 individual orders
3. Maintain a 4 star rating and above
4. Have a low cancellation rate

Have you been on the platform for up to 30 days yet? That may be the issue.

You will get this once you use fiverr for 30 days 🙂
