Restricted file size stops Gig - needs a bypass button

I sent in a video for transcribing. I couldn’t complete the order as it was too large a file. I then spent some time finding how to send the file to the person accepting the gig. Unfortunately nothing happened as the order cannot be completed without a file attached. So after several days and re-submitting the gig into smaller segments I still had the same problem. So I had to make a pretend audio file that was small enough to complete the order and get it processed. Surely this happens a lot.

Can I just suggest that a checkbox is put on the instructions form that you can tick if the file has been sent a different way. This would save lots of hassle, delays and messages!

Why don’t you try dropbox? But please contact CS before doing it.

I did use drop box. But the order cannot be processed if a file isn’t attached at the instructions stage!

Upload file to dropbox, then add link into word file. After that deliver/send that word file and just send dropbox link again via order just in case.
