alienbrayn Posted November 6, 2017 Share Posted November 6, 2017 I accidently hit direct deposit button on my revenue page. I got a message saying that the funds are on their way to my bank. The problem is, the bank I initially set up with is no longer active.When will I see the money back on my Fiverr account? is there anyway to cancel the transfer? I already checked my email and got a message from Payoneer saying that Fiverr is processing it now. Is there any way to cancel the transfer? catwriter Posted November 6, 2017 Share Posted November 6, 2017 You’ll have to contact Customer Support and ask them, this is forum and there’s no staff here.As stated in the Terms of Service, all withdrawals are final, so perhaps they won’t be able to send your funds back into your Fiverr account. Because Fiverr send money to Payoneer and then it’s been transferred to your Bank Account.Once you Login the Payoneer you will be able to do that easily and Fiverr support will not work here, they Will only Guide you to contact Payoneer.Do that quick before it’s get transferred.
