i really have hard time to deal with such Messages .
What is purpose of such message ?
To mess My Response rate ?
Do i need to respond to message of such king, or reporting to fiverr is enough ?

Yes you have to answer all messages, even ones like this, sometimes I just type one letter to show I answered these nonsense ones or you can use one of pre-made replies on your messages, just to give something to respond with.
