Hi,
Can somebody help as my buyer is not coming online as I have requested him to improve my feedback… Due to some misunderstanding he gave me 3 star feedback… What happened if he will not accept or decline my request…

I would NEVER ask for someone to raise their review.

I would receive the bad review and send the buyer ONE reply as such:

“I’m sorry that you were not completely satisfied with your experience; if you would like, please let me know how I can improve my service for my future clients.”

This shows that you have a genuine care to improve your service in the future. It’s not all about the transaction for you.
