Have you ever worked on the order but did not get reviews from buyers who have received and only say thank you in the chat box?
How do you feel?

Some buyer just take their orders and don’t give reviews. But you can request everyone in delivery time like this
(After last 7 hours handwork. I have finished the whole work finally as per your direction,
Still if you think there is any possibility to modify the work feel free to send a modification request, I will be happy to satisfy you 100%.
Besides, if everything is ok, please give me 5 star with a good review for my new born freelancing career 🙂

About 1/3 of my buyers just take the order and go. But that’s ok. Means they are happy and no issues.

It’s not only against TOS as @offlinehelpers pointed it out, it can be a turn off for a client. I can’t speak for others, but I usually ignore sellers who ask for feedback. If they delivered great work then I will find 1-2 minutes to write a glowing review. I don’t want sellers to tell me what rating I should give them. It’s my decision 🙂

You are correct, although I was searching TOS just now to verify and post for the OP and noticed that there is one thing that I have been told is in TOS, which is not.

Of course, you cannot bargain, coerce or threaten regarding feedback. But someone once told me that you could not even ask for a nice review if the buyer is happy. In none of the 10 mentions of the word feedback in TOS, that is not there.

So in essence it should be possible to say in the delivery message “If there is an issue, please contact me, otherwise if you are happy with the work, I would appreciate positive feedback.”

I can’t see any verbage that blocks that.

Not sure I understand. I am saying properly worded, it seems ok. But there has always been a rumor that any mention of it would be prohibited, and from the way I just read TOS, that seems incorrect.

I’m asking how you feel don’t get the reviews

Fiverr is asking for the reviews for you and multiple times. Therefore, I don’t find it necessary to bombard my clients by asking it myself. If they ignore the Fiverr reminders then most likely there’s a reason.

82% of my orders have received a review and most of the 18% are repeat clients so they don’t care to leave a review every time. I’m happy with that.

I don’t think you are in violation with that verbiage. That seems fine. You can look at TOS yourself. All their feedback rules have to do with bargaining and or faking reviews. Not reminding someone to leave an honest review.
