I got suspended from fiverr customer support

I got suspended from fiverr customer support team. For a query i need to contact with them. But didn’t able to do. Now how i can contact with the team? And how i can unsuspend? My account is okay.

If you are blocked, then you can’t send them any messages. And if that is the case then you already sent them plenty.
