How to find a legitimate traffic building gig?

I’m looking for a legitimate traffic building gig to draw conversions through my gig profile. There are so many of them out there with tons of 5-star reviews, but they all seem too good to be true.

I started looking for top sellers only, but even those seem too promising.

Anyone have experience with a legitimate traffic/SEO gig that has brought them success?
