It is crunchy and kind of reminds me of a potato, but sweeter.

Since it snowed and continues to snow, I dread having to go out to sub in the dark early morning hours to sweep off my car and make my way through the cold to drive to the high school. But once I get there I get smiles, hugs and good company at lunchtime.
