How To safe My Fiverr Account?

Hey, I am Jayanto52 From Bangladesh. I am a fulltime freelancer in fiverr. I have a fiverr worker team in Bangladesh. My team and me provide digital marketing services. I know maximum account safety tip of fiverr and I describe it to my all team members. I have 240 member in my team. They are maintain all fiverr safety tips and use personal Laptop or desktop with personal internet. But suddenly fiverr disabled there account. There some of members are fiverr level 2 and level 1 member. And when they are create a new account then fiverr again remove their maximum account and This disable method is ongoing another member. When I contact fiverr support team then reply me they are using multiple accounts in there Device. But they are don’t use multiple accounts. They are using one device and one network to using fiverr.
So, I need to know what’s the problem.
I need to know how to solve this problem and safe my fiverr account.

Multiple accounts means multiple seller accounts on one IP. This violates terms of service.

I know That. But my all member use Different IP and Different Device.

My team member Don’t use Multiple accounts. I am 100% sure.

The math is simple. If you replace pie D with the cube root of the denominator you will notice that at one time or the other some of you log in your account on the same internet connection… Most people who use laptops tend to connect to the internet using wifi. If another member comes and uses the same wifi to connect to their account, fiverr will think it’s the same person with two accounts. Although you say they use personal internet, remember you are talking about a team of 240 members this means at one time or the other a connection will occur…

One seller said she had 2 computers using the same internet connection (2 different people on one internet connection) and had explained to Fiverr (first I think) and they were okay with it, as far as I can remember. As long as it’s 2 different people and user accounts and machines…

I know this term. So, they all are you use fixed IP. Because they are using a personal modem to connect internet.

Actually, I will create this team from my university. When I study in university then me and my some friend know about Fiverr and we start using Fiverr. When we are success to earn revenue, Then we are told it my friend and finally we are 240 members in my team. We tell them all about the Fiverr rule that’s I know. So, they are used Fiverr using the personal device and personal modem.

I Know that. And My team avoid this issue. They are using personal laptop and modem to using fiverr.

It doesn’t matter if they all use a different modem. If they all use the University internet account that looks like the same person to fiverr. You should have asked customer support about this when you started doing this.

If 240 people had their accounts banned then let them complain to customer support.

Why are you complaining to support for 240 people?

It doesn’t matter if they all use a different modem. If they all use the University internet account that looks like the same person to fiverr. You should have asked customer support about this when you started doing this.

I Know this issue. For this case, Before creating a fiverr account, I am told all rules about Fiverr in all of our member. And they maintain it and don’t use university internet to using Fiverr.

Only the ones who got banned can send messages about it to fiverr, not someone representing them.

That appears that all of them are really you, with multiple accounts.

Why are you speaking on their behalf… The one that got his or hear account banned is the one that should be here asking for help…

Because I am the co-leader of my team. And they all are told me their problem. So, Another accounts safety reason I am asking for help as a Team co-leader.
