So I just stumbled today upon the new improvement that fiverr recently rolled out.Previously, when sending offers on the buyer request page, the maximum number of characters allowed was 800. That has now been increased to 1500. Awesome right?However, I tried using it today (with 912 characters) but I kept getting the message, “something went wrong…” I quickly chopped down the charcters to exactly 800 and when I hit the send offer button, it worked.So, even though they have made such a great move on increasing the characters from 800 to 1500, I think it’s still been worked upon.Does this happen to you as well? Maybe it could be reported in the bug section or sending a bug report about it to CS would likely achieve better results. It sounds like it’s displaying the new allowed character count but when the “submit offer” button is checked, it’s still checking using the old max character count (800). It may be needed depending on how complex/detailed the request is. A buyer could write a request (which could be long) and attach a long document describing what needs done.
