Retrive Account with a suspended email

Dears,
I have a friend who has asked me to contact support for the below issue in his account:
He has a Fiverr account with an email that is no longer be used. Unfortunately, he has already money held in this account and he wants to retrieve this money.

Is there any way that he can access this account and retrieve his money.

Hoe that anybody can provide an answer for this?

Unfortunately only Customer Support can assist you on this matter - we’re just simple buyers and sellers.


However, I do wonder why your friend disabled the email while they had money in the Fiverr account? Shouldn’t your friend had withdrawn the money before disabling the email address? Or maybe it was disabled by the email provider?

My friend did not suspend his account on Fiverr.

I mean the email used in Fiverr acoount is the one which is suspended. It’s related to his work that he is no longer working in. And as you know in order to contact support they are going to send verification to this email which does not have access to anymore.

The funny thing is that a person doesn’t actually have to have a fiverr account inorder to send a message to support. Your friend should contact support on their own. The only time I can contact support on behalf of someone else is if I want to fall in the same pit they fell in.

he used his work email address for Fiverr, but no longer works there.

He did not disable his account. Only the work email is disabled and its the same one he used in fiverr.
