Unfortunately, he has already money held in this account and he wants to retrieve this money.Is there any way that he can access this account and retrieve his money.Hoe that anybody can provide an answer for this?Thanks,Alya Salah. Your friend should contact support on their own. The only time I can contact support on behalf of someone else is if I want to fall in the same pit they fell in.
