POLL: We need a new feature on the order page

On the desktop version of the order page, there is no pagination(1st page, 2nd page) for the chat messages. So, when there are too many messages, the page becomes too long and needs to scroll many times to reach the bottom or a specific message. The page also becomes too heavy and takes time to fully load the page(especially for who has a slow internet connection).

Has anyone ever noticed it?

Do you think there should be a pagination/next page - previous page feature so we can easily use that page?
