You must clear about all the things at your end, what are the services you are selling in you gig. No more no less. Do analysis of your packages, and get an idea how much time it takes me to complete basic, pro and premium package. Then make your packages according to your time or any other perimeter.I hope this will make some guide for you.Best of luck fo r your new gig.
