It might be ‘Braveheart oft (400)’, that looks the most similar, every letter is the same, except for that ‘h’ at the end, maybe whoever put it in that pic you posted did that themselves.

I edited this font together with your provided picture and I think it is the exact font, the person must’ve made their own modification to the ‘h’ there.
