The people who come to this Forum cannot do anything for you, no matter how many of us like your post. It appears this situation was caused by “alerts from our security department” caused by a chargeback (by PayPal or Payoneer) or suspicious buyer activity, such as using a stolen credit card, or fraud activities. It appears the buyer’s account is the problem, not Fiverr.

That being said, I am sorry this happened to you. It really sucks to lose so much potential money.

We are all self employed. We take a certain amount of risk that all self employed people take. Sometimes this happens. It is part of being self employed.

What reason would you have made for there to be a dispute? Can you think of any? Was there anything you did that could have been against the rules? If not, then reach out to Customer Support and they will fix it if nothing was truly done wrong on your part.

i haven’t done anything i contact support but i get that answer which is above

one more thing i got another order cancelled , worked for one month made a website now he change password and user name and cancelled it , i contact fiverr support now they tell me

I know but it is a Big Amount for me And In Fiverr From begining(August 2016) to till now i have earn about $1,724 and now i got a dispute 800$ Plus Dollars , So it hurts so much 😦

This isn’t something that can be settled through a forum post. Customer Support seems to have looked into it, however, and deemed it worthy of cancellation. I don’t think they do that lightly. Did you deliver your materials very late? Or perhaps did not deliver what you said you would?

No my delivery was on time and i got my funds in my account without any review then after 2 weeks he sent me some changes i change them then after some time he cancel it without any reason , i message Support team fiverr they send me above message .

You could politely ask them for the reason that your materials were deemed worthy of cancellation so that you can better deliver to your customers in the future.

This cases are discussed in depth over and over again on the forum.

The transaction is between Fiverr and the buyer. When the buyer files a dispute via Paypal (yes, there are scammer who do that, even if the order was delivered to their satisfaction), Fiverr will settle and not let the dispute become a claim.

I’m not in the mood of writing everything down over and over again. Browse the forum for charge backs and you will find out in detail what is going on.

When an order is cancelled due to buyer charging back from paypal, less could be done in that case and I myself too had such experience with one or 2 buyers who got their work done, modifications done, accepted delivery saying they liked the site very much and left big 5 star review
And few month later they charge back the funds.
This is fraudulent buyer activity and fiverr disable the account of such buyers so they cannot use the platform anymore.
This is all that is done against the buyer, support do Contact paypal team to see if the reason for chargeback and if the funds can be retrieved

But when support cancel an order that means you were at some fault and nothing could be in this case
