For the third time, after purchasing a gig, Fiverr lost the order. And I paid an extra $5 for an immediate delivery. This is getting old VERY FAST. Now Fiverr has delayed or destroyed any chance of me getting this gig delivered on time, let alone the seller receiving their payment. I’m done! Never again. There are simply too many other options available to worry about a company that has terrible management software and worse service! I submitted a service request (response time 24-48 hours!!!) on one support site, and the other support site wouldn’t let me log in. This is a joke. Now it will take me another 20 minutes to log a complaint with PayPal, time I’ve already lost with this horrible company.
