uk1000 Posted October 18, 2017 Posted October 18, 2017 Sometimes a buyer can make a mistake and thinks there is an issue with the files in the delivery even when there was nothing wrong with the delivered files, or at least the issue that caused the buyer to ask for a revision was not an actual issue with the delivered files (eg. they want the Fiverr logo removed from videos, but there is no Fiverr logo on the delivered videos, only on the displayed video preview), so what is being asked for in the revision request is not applicable.Re-delivering the files can take quite a long time, but if there was an option to re-deliver the same files (since there was no actual issue with them at that time - that particular revision request was not applicable) it could be a lot faster and save on bandwidth.
