There are plenty of reasons why buyers don’t order via BR, and just to name a few:

• improper use of English (btw, it’s “buyer”, not “byre” 😉 );

• the buyer might have received a better offer from someone else;

• the buyer might not think your offer is good enough;

• maybe the pricing isn’t what they hoped for;

• etc.

You need to write your own replies to buyers’ requests as they’re all looking for something different.

If you reply with the same message to every buyer, they will not purchase from you. ☀️
