"Unknown Error"

When attempting to upload a video to my gig the upload reaches %100 then gives an “Unknown Error.” I have tried many different video formats (mp4, avi, mov, etc) and my video is only 12mb …far less than the 50mb size limit.

Can anyone give me a “known” suggestion? Thanks.
