Bad buyer experience

My fiverr experience has turned out pretty bad until now. I came to fiverr, because i wanted a logo for my company and a friend reffered fiverr to me. The first sellers english seemed ok. But got worse near the end so i had to cancell the gig. And now The second one closed the order on me and completed it because she said i didnt respond to her last logo, which i did!! But it didnt come through. I didnt even know that sellers could do that! Thats such a sleezy way of making money. Since there wasnt anything that reminded me that it was going to happen! Or that it was even possible.

So now i lost my money and i still dont have a logo i can work with. Its a shame that fiverr doesnt give you a heads up that this can happen, espexially when its your first time here!

You should contact customer support and tell them all this and get a refund.

Look for sellers based on their ratings rather than price and you should find some high quality sellers on here. Don’t give up on us!

I never said fiver is a bad website. Like the topic itself says, my experience is bad.

You should actually get a mail when a seller sends your delivery. Maybe check your Settings>Notifications (not here on the forum, on the main site) to see whether all the right boxes are checked.

You can contact sellers whose name you see on the forum if you use
https://www.fiverr.com/username (replace “username” with seller’s name)
and click their profile and ‘Contact Me’ button then.

Yes i have noticed that too. I am noticing a lot of advantages for sellers and not for the people who pay for them to do things for them.
