What should I say in buyer request

I am New seller and I want you to check my Buyer request quote. It is not exaclty I do for all request but almost every time I use such sentences.

Make sure you keep your reply short and detailed. Buyers are not read to read a book.

What should you say in a Buyer Request response? YOU will have to figure that out for yourself. We’re not going to do your work for you.

When you respond to the seller, be personal. Be helpful. Be you.

You’re going to have to take it from there. It’s YOUR marketing after all. 😉

Copy pasting the same thing won’t help. Take your time to reply to each request individually per requirement.
