How to refund and get rid of unfair feedback

I have heard so many people talking about how they can get rid of unfair feedback by refunding the buyer. I need to know how this isdone just in case a buyer of mine is not cooperative and didnt even read my gig description. I already contacted the person and also customeer service, but what is the process in which the seller himself can just refund the buyer and get rid of the negative feedback. Like i said before, it’s unfair feedback and this is not me trying to avoid a bad review that I deserve.

It doesn’t quite work like that.

If feedback is posted, it’s posted.



The buyer has to accept the refund. And they don’t have to.



It would kind of defeat the purpose of Feedback if it was ‘That’ easy to remove it. Everyone would just refund everytime they got bad feedback, so nobody would ever get bad feedback.



You both need to mutually cancel the order. Buyer and Seller.

Yes this is what I mean, I knowit would be pointless to get esy removal, but it’s also pointles to have gig descriptions when people dont even bother to read them sometimes and this is when the cancellation is a fair thing if the client is not being cooperative.



I will just wait and see what happens with this person.
