How to improve my Reponce on buyer requests

Hello Fiverrers!
I am GRAPHIC DESIGNER. And in last 2 months I have completed 9 orders and cancelled 2. I have responded to approximately 500 Buyer Requests in these 2 months but propably 15-20 people responded. I want to know how can I improve my communiction skills, how to convince a buyer, what should I say, what I should never say.
I was looking for your worthy advices.
