Is it ok to message my portfolio websites to fiverr buyers?

This is my first post in Fiverr forum.I need to know 2 things

1. I am a web designer. Is it ok to message my portfolio websites to fiverr buyers? will it be a reason to decrease my rank and sales?

2. sometimes I have to discuss email related issues on buyers websites. When I type the word “email”, there is a warning.can it cause a problem?

Some buyers ask about portfolios and some buyers send the similar websites to their requirements.Then as sellers we have to discuss those websites by exchanging sample websites.
