That is open for debate. If you are a newer seller a negative review will hurt you more but if you have a lot of reviews, a negative review doesn’t hurt you but that cancellation will cause you to have less sales. You are moved back in the ranks.

It does depend on how many reviews you have that is true.

Cancellation is something Fiverr seems to insist should never happen though.
