A mansion on the hills or a bungalow by the beach

Which one would you choose and why?

To much space in a mansion and winter winds are a real pain by the beach so i would go with option 3 - tiny cabin in the woods on the edge of the grid.

Just because I’ve never stayed in a mansion, I’d go with the mansion.
A big stone one, very old fashion looking with a brick fireplace.
I’ll make sure there won’t be any ax murderers on the hill/around the forest though, hahaha.

Not really sure what I’ll do there…
