Wrong payment charge and order was not placed

I am new to Fiverr. I placed an order to a developer “iamprime”. Money got deducted from my credit card but I got this error:

Oh no!

We are having a problem processing this order. Please contact our support team for assistance.

Hence, I generated a ticket. Nick from support department sent me an email that I should do no activity till he suggests. A few hours later, I received another email from him in which he confirmed that I can proceed with my order with the same credit card (meanwhile my ticket was resolved and my money was refunded). So using the same credit card I started placing a new order. Again, the same thing happened. Money got deducted from my credit card and I got that same “Oh no!” error and order was not placed. I sent an email to Nick from customer support but he didn’t reply. After 24 hours I sent one more email and still there is no reply from him.

As these issues were prevailing, freelancer did not pay attention to my job at all. It’s obvious he would be worried about his money as order was not getting placed.

Anyway, can someone please help me resolve this issue again and get me my money back???

Hi there and welcome to the Fiverr forum - unfortunately we´re all other sellers and buyers here, like you, the only people who can help you with that issue are Customer Support.
It´s a good idea to not open new tickets, but to reopen the one you already sent to add to it.
You can do that by using the ‘Sign In’ button top right on this page, and then choose ‘My Activities’, there you´ll see your open ticket(s). Hope that helps and your issue will get resolved soon. 🍀

They have changed status of my previous ticket to “Solved”.

Do you think its wise to generate a new ticket?

Personally, I just re-open tickets when they close them (if I need to add something to the same issue or it wasn´t yet resolved despite their previous reply), as then I won´t have to explain it all again from the start, which I think makes sense and is better for them too.

I´ve read a couple times on the forum that opening several tickets for the same issue may be seen as spamming Support (probably an automated check in place).

If you click on the ‘title’ of your ticket (a link), you should get:

This request is closed for comments. You can create a follow-up.

There´s a link in that which you can click.

And no problem, it can be somewhat complex when not used to it. You´ll get the hang of it once you use it for a while. 🙂

That was great. Status now changed to “Open”. Thanks much. Its later here now, gotta sleep. catch up with you guys later. You all have a fantastic day ahead.

They just keep taking my money whether I confirm the order or not. Three days and bam!! Moneys gone!!! Have had to change my Paypal password to stop them. When they take my money they say if there is a problem contact the seller. NO!! My seller didn’t take my money illegally, Fiverr did!

I have placed an order of 50$ and 52.50$ is being deducted from my credit card but order is not placed.

An error occur in the payment process.

Please help me to get rid out of this.

Hi @vaibhavgadi , this is Fiverr forum, Any Fiverr Staffs is not available on the forum to resolve your issue. You need to contact Fiverr Support. Anyway if you want to discuss your issue with forum, feel free to open a new thread 🙂
