My Fiverr acount is temporali blocked. By which method I can recover my account

My account is temporarily blocked by fiverr authority. I mistaked some time to input correct mobile verification code. In this reason fiverr authority blocked my account. I contact with fivver authority & abide by their instruction but i could not recover my account. Now “Your account is currently restricted by our Trust & Safety team. For more information, please contact Customer Support here.” messeg is shown in the lieu of of “your account is temporali blocked…”. Now how can I recover my account.
