From my experience, I have found that almost 70% of buyer activity is from USA and they mostly purchase gigs on Fiverr from 10:30AM to 12:30PM which is the morning shift for businesses in USA. Buyers during this time are mostly firms and enterprises.

The second peak time in a day starts from 5:30PM to 9:30PM according to the local time of USA.

We have four time zones in the USA. So to say from 5:30 P.M to 9:30 P.M. would actually be 8 hours if you want those hours for all four time zones.

We have eastern time, central time, mountain time, and pacific time. So stay online from 5:30 P.M. eastern time to 1:30 A.M. eastern time to cover all time zones.

I got my one and only order yet on Fiverr from a client in Florida. It was around 1 AM there when he ordered. So, there is no best time. Stay online whenever it suits you.
