My Level-1 experience in Fiverr

Hi friends,
I’m new in fiverr. Start my journey in fiverr on July’17. After 13 days I was get level-1 badge and order was continue. But unfortunately from last 13 days don’t get any order. Also some of my gigs are in red. Can any one suggest me, what should I do? now.
