How do I change a newgative response I left?

I left a very honest (from the buyer perspective) review. The buyer has agreed to make it right-and wore me down to let them make it right.
I don’t know if their story is true, but if I get the end result I paid for, I am happy either way.
How can I change the review-and can I just take it down and not leave a final review until it is complete (for real this time)?

Send the seller a message and let them know you’d be willing to change the review. They should know how to proceed further.
