New gig idea, terms of service

Hello Fiverr Community!
I’m thinking about creating a new gig but I’m not sure if it will approved or not, however it’s about “recharge pre-paid mobile card”.
Like “Orange pre-paid card” for Jordanian people all around the world, because I live in Jordan.

I hope to tell me if it is or not because I read " Terms of Service" but I can’t find if it is or not.
