If you have fiverr open in another tab and are doing something else, you won’t be classified as online after a while because the system will assume you are busy and not on fiverr. But when i come back to fiverr profile and reload the page then my profile should go to online. But it doesn’t. I am facing the problem today. I am facing the problem today.Don’t just reload the page. Trying clicking on a few different pages - like your profile and a few gigs. Then it should come back after moving around for a bit. It happened to me a few minutes ago, but I solved it using the previous method (clicking on different pages a 3-5 times and then refreshing the page seems to work).
