Why it is showing that I am offline though I am online. Please let me know.

i changes seeting but still the badge is still showing me offline not green.

Then I logged out from Fiverr and again logged in.
And finally, it shows me online.

I’m reading fiverr forum post and on the other tab the fiverr profile open.

Isn’t it Genuine?

The problem is that you need to actually be doing something. If you leave fiverr open for too long without actually doing anything, the system assumes that you’ve gone offline.

If you just use Fiverr - move about between your selling pages, dashboard etc. - it should show you as being online sooner or later.

This isn’t the only solution. The reason that the badge goes when you’re online is because you aren’t being active on fiverr. If you have fiverr open in another tab and are doing something else, you won’t be classified as online after a while because the system will assume you are busy and not on fiverr.

I got your point. But when i come back to fiverr profile and reload the page then my profile should go to online. But it doesn’t. I am facing the problem today.

Don’t just reload the page. Trying clicking on a few different pages - like your profile and a few gigs. Then it should come back after moving around for a bit.

Have you tried moving around pages for a bit? It happened to me a few minutes ago, but I solved it using the previous method (clicking on different pages a 3-5 times and then refreshing the page seems to work).

This was a problem throughout today but has just been fixed in the last hour or so.
