How to get top rated seller i have 39 reviews and level 1

That’s definitely not enough, and it’s way too far from becoming TRS. It took me hundreds of orders and reviews, if not more.

First of all, you have to be Level 2 for a while.

Secondly, you have to meet the criteria found here.

Finally, Fiverr manually gives TRS, you don’t get it unless Fiverr decides you deserve it 😉
