Good morning,

I recently purchased a gig for a lyric video. The artist was prompt and professional. The artist delivered within the time frame specified. However, the finished product looked nothing like examples on their page. So, I requested a revision. I have now been waiting longer for the revision, then the original job. Is this typical? How long would you wait before requesting a refund?
