Why do I have a negative balance?

I just withdrew my earnings, and now it says my balance is -$10. In another thread, someone said this happens when a buyer requests cancellation, but there are no disputes on any of my orders. How can I have a negative balance?

Same Issue happen with me and fiverr support says they can’t do anything in this case.
