Hi dear all,
I am fully disappointed due to cancellation of two order which was completed 18 & 14 days ago where the buyer gave 5 star review also. note that- the buyer is also same. So if he/she did not satisfy with my work the he/she never ordered me again.
But now she intentionally ask to fiverr support to cancel the order without informed me.

Now what can I do… please suggest me…

Hope there should be security and protection over such cases at Fiverr! And I will get back my fund.

No she should not get her money back if she left a 5 star review, nor should you want her to get it back. The fact that she left a 5 star review means she was happy with what she got.

It is up to customer support now if she asked them for a refund.

No she should not get her money back if she left a 5 star review, nor should you want her to get it back. The fact that she left a 5 star review means she was happy with what she got.

It is up to customer support now if she asked them for a refund.

yes. my fund already deduct from my fund.

Hi dear all,
hope you are well.
I am trying to create a GIG under email category but fiverr don’t pass it and every time message me 3rd party TOS and suspicious try. But its normal when they don’t approve the GIG any one will try several times to create it. My new GIG is waiting for fiverr approval and the url is

Please tell me where is my mistake. If any mistake shows please let me know why fiverr don’t approve this type of GIG.

If Fiverr has denied your gig and given you the reason you will risk your account by keeping on creating another gig for the same thing. If you type “fiverr denied my gig” in the search bar above you will find lots of posts on the subject.

No. Fiverr didn’t denied. fiverr not pass from their review team.

Hi Friends,
Hope you are well.
I see there are huge “Email List Collection” related GIG is alive. If fiverr don’t allow email list related GIG then why they approve some peoples GIG and deny some other people. Is not fiverr is fare for all seller. or their system is so poor. If “email list” is not accepted then how is it possible to keep live those GIG. Its very easy to find all “email list” related GIGs. If they not allow such GIG then they should remove all Email List related GIG because they provide advantages some people but not everyone.
And its not acceptable from fiverr. because if they couldn’t provide equal policy then their market place will fall recently.

Hope Fiverr will take initiatives from now. and will be equal for all.
