mehedi035 Posted September 25, 2017 Share Posted September 25, 2017 I had a chat with one of my buyer.The notificatiom shows the buyer is online.After some moments its notify that the buyer was active one hour ago.How its posiible i didn’t get it.Is there any bugs that changes the online status after some times?Please give me some idea about that.Comments should be appriciated.Thanks. uk1000 Posted September 25, 2017 Share Posted September 25, 2017 I agree there seems to be an issue. Fiverr profile page says a person is online when message system says “last seen 1 hour ago”. Surely something needs correcting. I thought the “online” in profile was based on if a person last refreshed a page or something within the last 15 mins.
