Does anyone know how to "complete" an order so that the buyer can pay?

I’ve already submitted all my work, but for some reason FIVERR thinks I haven’t delivered it.

The buyer said I needed to mark the orders as “complete” so that they could pay and leave feedback. HELP! I’m a little bit frustrated with this b/c I’ve been working on it for awhile but can’t seem to get it.

When you submitted the work, did you use the “Deliver Your Order” link on top? Don’t use the bottom message box to send the work. Once you use the “Deliver Your Order”, your order should be complete unless the buyer rejects it. IMO, you probably use the bottom message box. Just send your work again using the top button. Hope that helps.

You started the gig w/o them even purchasing it first? If that's the case, then that explains why their is no delivery option... Also, if you did the work w/o them purchasing the gig, I would highly recommend against doing so. It'll only lead to a lot of frustrations and problems later down the road.
