Organizing buyers?

How do you keep track of your buyers?



In the old Fiverr I could at least click back to conversations via the order page. With V2 I’ve been spending an enormous amount of time scrolling through my inbox, trying to find old messages. Also, it’s a huge hassle to look through my entire queue every time I need to see if a buyer has indeed placed a second order to cover the extra cost. I really wish I could click on a buyers name and instantly see all correspondence!



Any tips?

Uh, I have all my buyers written in Excel, because I don’t get many sales and I want to know who ordered before, what they wanted and so on. But I don’t think there would be any tool to organize them in Fiverr, also with the messages. It would be nice feature 🙂
