here ia a new option available now (beta) was active then and I replied a buyer after 30 mints I think this this problem occurs for this reason .
What can I do now

Wow! I think fiverr is taking this new Available Now feature too serious. Well its cool even though I don’t even have it yet I will be very careful with it when I do… 😊

You should not wait more than five minutes to response your buyers if you are active now.
Restricted accounts are hard to recover.you should follow the instructions provided by Fiverr.
