The files I received for my logo are nothing more than internet links. This is misleading as I was with the understanding I would get the actual files so that I could take them to my local print shops and graphics artist to have products printed. How do I get the actual files?

Ask your seller to redeliver the files through the order page.

On your order page, click the resolution centre, and ask for a modification to your order - you can then ask for the files to be delivered through the order page.
