It is not against Tos to buy from other sellers. Keep in mind the other seller has to be as good as you because you’re the one getting the review from the buyer.

You may want to either limit the number of orders in your queue or temporarily pause as an alternative.

I’d wish you luck, but you don’t need it. 😊

Hello I m a seller on fiverr and sometime i have got huge amount of orders which obviously i cant handle alone so i want to know that can i outsource my work on fiverr ? can i order sellers on fiverr with same niche ? i hope it is not against terms and condition of fiverr?

Sure you can! Just keep in mind that some will be suspicious, and that you might need to explain them why you’re ordering something from your own niche, when you could do the job yourself.

Also, remember to respect the terms of the sellers that you order from (their prices, their delivery times, fees for extra fast delivery, the number of revisions that they offer), and remember that you’ll need a solution if your buyer doesn’t like the delivered work and you have already used up all the revisions that your chosen seller offers (and that solution shouldn’t be to demand additional work from your chosen seller for free).

Be aware that outsourcing is not as easy as just passing on orders to other people.
Your communication needs to be excellent - in two ways:
Getting info from your client
Giving info to your seller

As @catwriter says above, when a client is not happy, you may need to be able to request/pay for additional revisions etc. From your current pricing, I am not sure how well you could allow for that so do be careful. It might be an idea to aim for having other sellers do initial drafts and then you take it over to do revisions and changes as the client needs.
It is also best to use another seller for projects which are not urgent so watch out for that at least initially.

Take into consideration how long you have to deliver vs how much time you will give the other seller to deliver
What will happen if you buyer asks for a paypal refund, will you also ask for one.

Sure you can. Don’t worry, a lot of people are doing them, all the time.

Just keep in mind that you’ll have to spend a good amount of time for maintaining the outsourcing works.

Yeah thats a very good point…I agree but in that case you can also hire a good designer i saw many newbies are doing great and they want work…In my opinion before hiring them we should give them a test task to see their work

Hope you guys are doing good. I also had the same query and consulted, fiverr customer support. It is allowed but you need to keep few things in mind. Please find as follows their response. Hope this helps!

"Thanks for reaching out to us! It would be OK for you to do this as long as all parties involved are aware of what is occurring. That would mean your buyer would have to know you’re having another user assist you with this work and the user that is assisting you is aware that it is for your buyer. You can always limit the amount of orders in your queue as well if your workload is becoming to cumbersome’’.
