Won't receive email to confirm funds transfer to PayPal

Pretty much that’s it. I click on the PayPal button, the usual green banner pops up at the top (on IE; ON Firefox and Chromium, the banner won’t even show up).

So I do not receive the confirmation email and can’t withdraw my revenues… What gives?

Any one else going through this? Did you solve it? How?
